Nike’s Air Max 90 has seen its fair share of colorful colorways over the past 18 months, with its 30th anniversary year in 2020 materializing some of the silhouette’s most diverse options in recent history. For 2021 we’re seeing much of the same, with a slew of colorful themed options set to arrive in the first half of the year. From the return of the DQM “Bacon” to the release of the “Happy Pineapple” pairing, the silhouette has not been afraid to show its fun side. The next to do so is this Black Tie-Dye Air Max 90, which pulls a similar finish to that seen on a handful of recently-revealed Air Force 1s.
Akin to the Uptown, the pair boasts a nylon-suede-like textile done in single-color tye-dye. Here, the Air Max 90 opts for both red and blue coloration on the overlays, with the remainder of the sneaker done up in tonal blacks — save the tongue and rear branding.
A release date for this “Black Tie-Dye” Air Max 90 is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com over the coming weeks. Until more news arrives, you can enjoy a detailed look at the pair here below, and be sure to keep your eyes locked on our official Twitter account for further updates.
