This week we are featuring a scrumptious 4 course meal starring some favs. Each meal kit comes with-
SHAVED VEGETABLE SALAD WITH CREAMY CASHEW DRESSING
Shaved collard greens, red cabbage, carrots, roasted pineapple, pickled red onion, pickled celery, toasted cashews, basil, cilantro with a cashew based dressing seasoned with habanero, thyme and lime.
RICE & BEANS
Steamed Jasmine Rice is the perfect foil for Sos Pwa, the iconic Haitian bean dish. Red kidney beans are simmered with scallions, garlic, black pepper and clove for a bean sauce eaten over rice
CHICKEN IN CREOLE SAUCE
Chicken legs are marinated in orange, lime, garlic and habanero. Browned dark, they get slowly stewed with peppers, onions, tomato and thyme. This recipe is straight from my cookbook @everyonestablecookbook, so you too can learn how to make it. 🙌🏾
A spicy and tangy jumble of habanero pickled cabbage (red this week), onions and carrots. A staple of the Haitian table.
ICE CREAM PINT
Our ice cream is a vegan and dairy free frozen dessert made from soaked toasted cashews, coconut cream and lots of vanilla. This week’s flavor is salted banana caramel swirl.

Top this refreshing mixer with rocks and sparkling water for a zero proof compliment to your meal. This week’s flavor is Gingered Squash-Banana Shrub.
