Kann Spring Salad- Wilted power greens topped with lettuces, roasted pineapple, maple black pepper roasted carrots, avocado, pickled rhubarb, radishes, green mango, Mustard-Habanero Dressing, Crispy Plantain Chips
Asparagus and Spring Onion Soup- Coconut Milk, Epis, Peas, Pickled Cucumber, Savory Herb Oil and Dungeness Crab
Red Chili and Jerk Spice Roasted Sweet Plantains
Herb Stuffed, Epis Marinated Pork Shoulder- Creole Sauce, Garlic Confit Spiked with Habanero and Lime
Slow Cooked Halibut with the same garnishes as the pescatarian option.
Diri ak Pwa Kole- Haitian Rice & Beans cooked with onions, garlic, thyme and black pepper.
Coconut Custard- Strawberry Jam, Vanilla Cake Crumble, Sweet Pickled Rhubarb, Soursop Sorbet
