The Apple Card management system is experiencing an outage that is preventing all users from seeing purchases or making payments to a balance.
Apple on Wednesday morning updated its System Status page to confirm that Apple Card was experiencing an outage. Management systems such as making payments or viewing recent transactions are not available. All users are affected.
“Users may not be able to manage their Apple Card, make payments, and may not see recent transactions,” Apple said of the outage.
The outage appears to have started at 6:17 a.m. Pacific Time (9:17 a.m. Eastern). As of publication, it’s still ongoing.
Use of the Apple Card itself is unaffected.
This story will be updated when the system status changes
