The Air Max 95 has come off a strong second half of 2020, a year in which it celebrated its 25th anniversary. With a handful of planned releases pushed back due to the effects of COVID-19, we’re seeing a fairly strong start to the new year, too. From the Happy Pineapple to the Air Max 95 “Japan” and yesterday’s GS “NYC Taxi” take, the silhouette looks primed to have an even bigger year yet. Though the next to appear isn’t themed liked the aforementioned, it will undoubtedly be one that flies off the shelves.
The everyman’s all-black base arrives in durable leather and mesh build, with each overlaying element taking on its own unique finish. Tumbled, smooth, and rough leather cascade down the profile to meet an all-black sole unit beneath. Flashes of awesome orange land at the usual spots; the Swoosh, rear branding, and Air Supports all feature the neon hue, and the pair is complete with silver 3M paneling in the rear — a color that’s matched at the tongue and eyelet detail.
A release date for this black and orange Air Max 95 is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com over the coming weeks. Until more news arrives, you can enjoy an official look at the pair here below, and be sure to keep your eyes locked on our official Twitter account for further updates.
